Kate has worked as a health and fitness PR for over 10 years, specialising predominantly in the endurance sports industry, For the last seven years, Kate has worked on a self-employed basis, developing strong relationships with a number of long-term clients, whilst forming an impressive range of contacts in the sports media and beyond.
A Passion For Fitness
Away from work Kate is a keen cyclist, and races for the competitive ladies time trial team, Drag2Zero. She is also building her running back up again after the arrival of her two children in recent years, and is becoming a regular at her local Parkrun in Maidenhead.
Kate says, “I’m really happy to be joining Aspire, and am excited to be a part of such a talented and professional team. I’ve really enjoyed working for myself, but it’s time for the next chapter for me and I’m looking forward to continuing my personal and professional development”.
