The London base played host to what turned out to be a brilliant event, which included both a HIIT and Tabata class as well as Hip Hop Yoga. The night saw a carefully picked group of yoga and fitness influencers and journalists try out their choices of inspiring sessions, before being able to socialise and enjoy the food and drinks on offer.
Soul Circus vibes
Refreshments from Cocoface, Nix & Kix, Small Beer Brew Co., Superfoodio, Munch Fit and Oppo helped keep guests and staff going while the Shine Shack, offering glitter and face painting, supplied people with that summery festival look. All in all, it’s fair to say the night looked as sparkly on social media as it did in real life.
Ella Wroath, the founder of Soul Circus, was in attendance to meet with guests and partners, and to offer her thanks for all the support that people have been showing since the first festival took place in 2016. All those who were invited got a real taste of what August’s offering will deliver – and the Equinox deck chairs sure did add to the vibe.
The excellent facilities at the gym, coupled with the great service from partners and those who helped to organise the night, made for an enjoyable night all-round. And although the HIIT and Tabata workout wasn’t the easiest – they didn’t hold back with the one-hour session – the spirit of all involved made for a fun and friendly experience.
Soul Circus takes place between 17-19th August this year and is set to be as big as ever before. Live DJs, a wide selection of fitness classes and a variety of great food and drinks partners is set to make the event as good as it’s ever been. So, don’t miss out and make sure you get your ticket before it’s too late.
